Jovie is a sweet spirited mixed breed who came into CaddoParish animal shelter as a stray and was going to be euthanized the next day before pet savers rescued her. She is extremely friendly, playful and is the kind of puppy who would brighten your day as she always greet you with a happy smile and a wagging tail.
